Welcome to the website for the Tyson's Corner Men's Community Bible Study
Community Bible Study, “CBS” began its ministry in the DC area in 1975. Currently there are over 500 classes around the US, with tens of thousands of men, women and teens meeting weekly for fellowship and Bible study. A CBS class is composed of five essential elements:- Home study of a Bible passage and answering questions pertaining to it.
- Small Core Group discussion.
- A lecture.
- Reading a prepared commentary on the lesson.
- Seeing the truths of the Bible lived out in the lives of leaders and class members.
Men's Community Bible Study is a 30 week study that starts in September 2008 and runs through the first part of May, 2009. The class meets on Tuesday evenings at McLean Bible Church, 8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182 from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM in Community Room C. Men from many different churches participate in this study.
